Our New Reality

Brooklyn is still not sure she's ok with this new baby and most especially the feeding business! She was so cute and happy today, I had to just capture a few pictures of this cute face! She is so pleasant and happy when her needs are being met and she feels included. My heart aches for the nights that she has cried hysterically and moments of random unconsoleable behavior, but most of the time she is this happy, funny, spontaneous cutie that you see in these pictures.

5 Days Old and a fun visit from his new best buddy cousing Ryker!

Tyler is the absolute sweetest with Chase. He asks to hold him often throughout the day, and when he gets his turns they last for at least 20 minutes at a time. He is so patient and loving.

Sad Brooklyn....Brooklyn is hanging in there as she struggles to adjust to her new world of sharing mommy with a tiny baby. She was having a rough day and needed a mommy cuddle.

Chase gets to Meet Grandma Braden! Hooray for moms! I am so happy my mom has been here from Utah this week. I am scared to have to face it all alone when she leaves on Tuesday, she has been so wonderful, and helpful, and fun for my kids. We love you Grandma!
