| General Conference is such a wonderful time to gather as a family and soak in all the beautiful consel of our leaders and prophet. Sadly I don't get much listening in on conference days. Most of it is spent stressing and trying to keep my children quiet and occupied with conference type activities so Jared and I can get clips of each talk. I have learned now that conference time should probably be spent just helping my kids enjoy as much as they can, helping them learn to listen, and know each leader, and then do my own reading and studying later. It was a noble effort though. |
